COURSE CONDUCT METHODOLOGY... Our training methodology is designed to realize the philosophy of the institute. The emphasis is on providing an impetus to the student by encouraging them to put in long hours of hands-on sessions on the computer terminals. Along with due support from the faculty, we believe in the induction of the students to self study pattern. This leads to the development of an independent attitude of the students. The training allows the student to enjoy the flexibility of training hours yet remaining within a schedule time frame. The students are promoted to handle projects which are evaluated on regular basis. Another aspect of our training that requires mention is the individual attention that we pay to all our students and help them in identifying their strengths .We then further our students depending on his aptitude, towards the diverse aspect of IT industry. The medium of instruction remains English and we further promote the linguistic skills of our students, We organize seminars, debates & elocution sessions, GDs & mock interviews are also organized to help them tied over inhibitions of facing interview board later on. The regular curriculum is taught according to the guidelines specified by the university, scheduled tests & practical help us in evaluating the progress of the students, Students are also duly informed of the performance in the tests, due consideration is given to the attendance of the students. |
